Collect on time
The promise starts at pickup, not delivery.
Not usually a lost parcel. A collection that happened an hour late and nobody mentioned it.
A courier is trusted with somebody else's promise. The delivery is usually the last step in a job that someone has already been paid for, which is why being late matters more than the price.
Communication is the differentiator. Traffic and access problems happen to everyone; telling the customer before their customer tells them is what separates operators worth keeping.
And proof settles everything. A signature or a photograph against every job removes the occasional dispute about whether something arrived, which is worth more than it costs to collect.
The promise starts at pickup, not delivery.
Delays are survivable. Silence isn't.
Signature or photograph, kept on file.
Two addresses and a deadline is all we need to quote.
